Cancelation & Returns

• All sales are final.
• All cancelations are subject to a 10% Cancellation Fee.  
• In the event of a failed delivery, the recipient is responsible for payment of shipments.
• In case of a missing or broken item upon delivery, Tockershub requires photographic evidence of the original packaging and items. We cannot provide refunds or replacements without photographic evidence. This includes all orders with insurance.
